Automatic Laminating Line

The laminating line is an automated press with trimsaws and timber stacking. The timber is loaded at one end and comes out glued, cut to length and stacked.

DENAILER

The MPB Automatic Denailing machine is targeted at the pallet refurbishing industry and is designed to cut nails from, and size, pallet bearers. The nails are cut from the bearers by twin cutter heads.

HOLE MORTISER

Specifically designed to machine slots in the post and rail fencing system. The Hole Mortiser allows for fast, efficient, and safe boring of the slots. With extremely short setup times.

MULTI RIP SAW

The multi ripsaw (slicer) is a horizontal ripsaw or slicer built to cut through pine or hardwood. It comes in a double (1 left and 1 right) or quarduple (2 left and 2 right) sindle arrangement.

STUD CUTTER

The MPB Engineering Stud cutting machine is designed to accurately cut studs to length at high speed. It can cut up to 60 pcs/min with an accuracy of +/- 0.2mm.

THE CASKET MACHINE

The MPB Engineering Casket Machine allows for fast and efficient cutting of casket (coffin) side panels. It can mitre, kerf, and drill all in one operation taking less than 15 seconds

VACCUM COATER

The Vacuum Coater is an efficient, reliable, quick, and clean way of coating timber products giving a high quality finish.
