STUD CUTTER

The MPB Engineering Stud cutting machine is designed to accurately cut studs to length at high speed.

The studs are loaded manually either one piece or up to 4 pieces at a time and can cut up to 60 pcs/min with an accuracy of +/- 0.2mm. The Stud cutter can be supplied with an automated outfeed stacker, to make it a one-person operation.

  • Servo positioning of saw to accurately cut to length, +/- 0.2mm
  • Full guarding to obtain maximum operator safety
  • Touchscreen display with cutting management, diagnostics, saw positioning, and job allocation. Screen can be customised to whatever you requirements are.
  • Waste conveyor for offcut removal
  • Standard TCT sawblades used
  • Internet ready for remote diagnostics
