VACUUM COATER
The Vacuum Coater is an efficient, reliable, quick, and clean way of coating timber products giving a high quality finish.
As the name suggests, it uses Vacuum technology to remove the excess paint from the timber leaving a high quality finish with very little waste/mess. All four sides will be coated in one pass while retaining the fine ornate detailing as opposed to spraying where the detail can be lost.
Easily removable aluminium templates are used in the upper vacuum coating chamber which enable fast changeover times between coating plain mouldings and more complex profiles. Changeovers done in a matter of minutes.
