HOLE MORTISER
Specifically designed to machine slots in the post and rail fencing system. The Hole Mortiser allows for fast, efficient, and safe boring of the slots. With extremely short setup times, the slots will be quickly and accurately bored everytime.
- Slots can be repititiously done in posts with great accuracy and speed.
- The ‘Flip Up’ style stops allow multiple slots to be done very easily, accurately, and quickly.
- Twist and lock adjustable stops allow for quick and easy adjustments.
- A roller infeed and outfeed bench assists the operator with loading/unloading the posts.
- The two button start ensures the operator safety.
- Side clamping to ensure the slot is central in the post everytime.
- Hydraulically assisted cutting action ensures a smooth sliding motion of the cutting head.
- The oscillating motion determines the slot width and is easily adjusted.
- Can do posts up to 200mm x 200mm
